Most of our blocks are formed during childhood.
As young children, we find ourselves in situations that we perceive as threatening. For example, we are in a store with our mom, and suddenly we get lost. As a child, we might assume that our mom left us, that she abandoned us. At that moment, a strong emotional reaction is triggered within us.
However, at that moment, we don't have the capacity to fully experience all these emotions. They are overwhelming for us, and in that particular situation, we don't even have the space for them. So, we suppress them. That's when negative beliefs and traumas are formed.
The longer we avoid processing these feelings, the more our brain perceives them as dangerous. And when we find ourselves in a similar situation sometime in the future, we feel threatened and can't act as we would like to.
Behind every problem we have, there are unprocessed emotions.
Through the cleansing technique, I can guide you to the root cause of your problems, and gradually, you will be able to release your unprocessed emotions. Some emotions can be truly intense, but after fully experiencing them, there is always a sense of release and calmness.
If you also have any negative beliefs related to your topic, you can change them during the sessions so that you won't have to be controlled by them in the future.

How does emotional cleansing session look like?
At the beginning, we will have a brief conversation to indentify the topic we will be working on. I will also explain how the session will proceed. Then we will move on to the actual emotional cleansing. Throughout the session, you will sit in the most relaxed position possible with your eyes closed. This will help us access the subconscious programs that are currently limiting you in the given topic.
Through questions, I will guide you to gradually become aware of the uncomfortable feelings you have regarding your topic. You will allow these feelings to affect you and experience them fully. The feeling may initially be very unpleasant, but once you fully immerse yourself in it, you will find that it starts to release, followed by a sense of calm. By fully experiencing the feeling, it ceases to be dangerous and stops limiting you. We work until you no longer have any unpleasant feelings about the topic.
One session usually lasts about two hours. However, duriation is highly individual and depends on the topic you come with and the strength of your negative beliefs.
About me
Over the years, I have gone through many self-improvement methods. However, the more I worked on myself and the more I had a "perfect" life on paper, the worse I felt. A few years ago, I hit rock bottom. I was unhappy in my relationships and my job, and nothing brought me joy. That's when I discovered the process of emotional cleansing, and gradually, it turned my life around. Now I can finally say that I'm living a life that brings me joy.
I have been practicing emotional cleansing for three years and I regularly assist at BeTrue cleansing courses. I enjoy seeing transformations within myself and others, and I see great meaning in it.
